How to Cook Irresistible Spiducci

Spiducci is Italian grilled meat and is an irresistible delicacy when prepared properly. These simple tricks will have you cooking perfect Spiducci every time. The simplicity in the process of cooking Spiducci gives it an edge over other barbeque recipes. Simply have your oil, salt, vinegar, lamb meat and skewers ready to go. For the love of Spiducci and the need to always have a consistent outcome, an extraordinary grill that is different from the traditionally made grill is recommended for use. The Milano BBQ grill is specially designed with V-notched grooves where the skewers sit. This meticulously calculated design results in an even cooking surface that you can’t get otherwise.

Items and ingredients needed:

  • Stainless steel skewers
  • Portion of lamb meat (can be substituted with a meat of your choice)
  • Vinegar or lemon
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  • Cut the meat into small cubes.
  • Put about five tablespoons of olive oil, 3-4 tablespoons of vinegar, salt to taste, and meat in a bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Fix the meat cubes onto the skewers. You will want the skewer to pierce through a central part of your meat cube.
  • Before you place the skewers on the grill, ensure the charcoal is at the right temperature. Properly arrange the skewers on the grill to ensure they are placed to evenly cook.
  • Pro Tip: For perfect Spiducci, ensure you use good quality meat and minimum spices to bring out the natural taste. When arranging the meat on the skewers place the fatty chunks between the lean pieces to keep the meat moist throughout your cooking.

Hitek Milan manufactures and distributes quality Spiducci barbeque equipment and accessories. We provide stainless steel metal skewers and grills that are corrosive free. Our Spiducci grills and products are specially designed to last a long time while meeting and exceeding all required food standards.
